Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using bottonilme. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and bottonilme Inc. governing your access to and use of the platform.
By accessing or using bottonilme ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not access or use the Service. Continued use after any modification constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
bottonilme provides a SaaS platform for storing, rotating, auditing, and managing API keys and developer credentials. The Service is provided on an "as-is" basis, and features may change at our discretion with reasonable notice.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your credentials confidential. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access.
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual cycle. All fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law or stated in our Refund Policy. We reserve the right to suspend access for overdue payments after a 7-day grace period.
All software, trademarks, documentation, and content comprising the Service are the exclusive property of bottonilme or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service solely for your internal business purposes.
You may not reverse-engineer, resell, or sublicense the Service. You may not use the Service to store credentials for unlawful purposes, to conduct attacks on third-party systems, or in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations. Violations may result in immediate termination.
You retain ownership of all API keys and data you store in the Service. bottonilme implements industry-standard encryption and access controls, but cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for ensuring your use of the Service complies with any data-protection obligations you have.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free or uninterrupted.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, bottonilme SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID IN THE THREE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. bottonilme may terminate or suspend your access immediately for material breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases and we may delete your data after a 30-day retention window.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Wilmington, Delaware.
