Usage data: API key metadata (names, permissions, expiry dates), request logs, and feature interactions.

Technical data: IP address, browser type, device identifiers, and timestamps collected automatically.

To send transactional emails (account alerts, security notices) and, with your consent, product updates.

To detect fraud, prevent abuse, and enforce our Terms of Service.

We use strictly necessary cookies to maintain authenticated sessions and CSRF protection.

Analytics cookies (e.g., aggregated usage metrics) are set only with your explicit consent via our cookie banner.

We share data only with vetted sub-processors (cloud hosting, payment processor, email delivery) under strict data-processing agreements.

Account data is retained for the duration of your subscription and deleted within 90 days of account closure.

Anonymized aggregate analytics may be retained indefinitely for product improvement.

All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256).

Access to production systems is restricted to authorized personnel and protected by MFA.

We conduct regular security audits and vulnerability assessments.

bottonilme is intended for users aged 16 and older. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 16.

If you believe a child has provided us data, contact [email protected] and we will delete it promptly.

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Material changes will be communicated via email or an in-app notice at least 14 days in advance.

Continued use of bottonilme after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
